Miss Serfass Bride of Fred Fischer: Mrs. Josephine Serfass, of 290 N. Courtland Street, East Stroudsburg, and Frederick Fischer, a former resident of Philadelphia, were married Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock by Justice of the Peace William Walton at his office on Main Street, Stroudsburg. The bride, who wore a aqua dress with white accessories and a corsage of red roses, was attended by Mrs. Shirley Meixell, of Bushkill, who wore a pink dress with white accessories and a corsage of red roses. Joseph Levandusky served as best man. A wedding supper for the bridal party was held at the Fernwood and was followed by a reception at the Tom-X Ranch 9 o'clock. Guests included Mr. and Mrs. Harold Lotz, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Werkheiser, Mr. and Mrs. Preston Stem, Mr. and Mrs. John Mannex, Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Keiser and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Stiff, who were also married on Saturday afternoon. Both Mr. and Mrs. Fischer are employed at the Art Metal Co. They are making their home at 290 N. Courtland Street.
